Trial for EGHC’s junior performance programme. Attendance at trial does not mean automatic selection for the programme
The Ministars and TDA is a fantastic programme, run by EGHC for both internal and external aspirational U14 and below hockey players in our region. The programme is designed to focus on technical elements and should be viewed as a tool to develop the individual player. A large chunk of this programme is spent indoors, a format which specifically emphasises the development of core technical foundations to develop a well-rounded hockey player. Coaches on this programme are both internal EG coaches, and external local club coaches, with the programming directive in-line with our performance lead's governance.
